• 100g cooked basmati rice
  • 150g raw prawns
  • 1 tbsp. sodium reduced soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. sweet chilli light sauce
  • 5g garlic
  • handful snow peas
  • handful green beans
  • 1/4 red capsicum, finely sliced
  • 1 shallot, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp crushed peanuts


  1. Cook rice.
  2. Heat a wok or non-stick frypan. Stir fry the snow peas, beans and capsicum and set aside.
  3. Re-heat pan, add the prawns and cook until golden. Add in the shallot and allow to soften. Add in the garlic, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. Add the vegetables back in and coat with sauce.
  4. Serve the prawns on top of the rice, top with the crushed peanuts.
