• 4 x treat size mars bars
  • 2 1/2 cups Freedom Foods rice puffs or Rice Bubbles
  • 3 scoops protein powder
  • 55g  butter
  • 2 tbsp. almond milk
  • 200g reduced sugar chocolate
  • 2 tsp coconut oil


  1. In a large mixing bowl, add in the rice puffs and protein powder.
  2. In a separate microwave safe bowl, add the butter and mars bars and heat until melted. Mix well.
  3. Add the melted butter and mars bars to the rice puffs and stir well. Add in the almond milk and mix well.
  4. Press the mars bar mix into a lined baking tray or lined muffin holes.
  5. Refrigerate or freeze until set.
  6. Once set, melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Pour over the slice. Refrigerate until chocolate has set.
