Ingredients

  • 100g freedom food rice puffs
  • 55g no sugar added chocolate
  • 30g honey
  • 30g coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Place the rice puffs in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small microwave safe bowl, add in the chocolate, coconut oil and honey. Microwave in small increments, stirring in between, until chocolate has melted.
  3. Pour in the chocolate mix to the rice puffs and stir well.
  4. Spoon into a silicone muffin tin and refrigerate until set.
