This is such a delicious homemade version of the Bonfire BBQ from Grill'd plus it's much lower in calories. We pair these burgers with our Grill'd style homemade chippies!

  • 4 brioche rolls
  • 500g extra lean mince
  • 1 egg
  • dried herbs / all purpose seasoning
  • burger pickles
  • dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp. aioli
  • red onion, finely sliced
  • 4 tbsp. BBQ sauce (reduced sugar if possible)
  • 4 slices burger cheese or cheddar cheese slices
  • Optional salads

  1. Firstly, make the patties by combining the egg, mince and dried herbs and spices.
  2. Roll into 4 balls.
  3. Heat a non stick frypan over medium to high heat. Pop your patties in the pan and flatten as thin as you can without them falling apart. Allow to cook until they are cooked at least halfway through then flip and continue cooking.
  4. Layer the burgers with the mustard, aioli, pickles, red onion, cheese, patty and optional other salads. Top with the BBQ sauce and top bun.
