I don’t exercise, will this work for me?

Nutrition is key. Nutrition becomes even more important if you are less active as your daily intake may need to be lower. Fine tuning your nutrition will allow you to see results regardless of exercise.

I am busy, will the meal plans be easy to follow and prepare?

Yes, as the meal plans are 100% customised to each individual, you can request for the meals to be quick and easy, pre prepared, freezer friendly etc to make life easier for you.

I don’t want to cook separate meals to my family, how can I still follow the plan without having to do this?

This is easy, again as the meal plans are 100% customised to you, you can request family friendly meals or add to your food diary meals your family enjoy eating.

I am a fussy eater, can you cater to my needs?

Yes that is the best part, I listen to the foods you enjoy eating and don’t enjoy when creating the meal plans.

Do you cater for food intolerances?

Yes I sure do. I am happy to cater for intolerances or food allergies.
I work shift work and find it hard to eat regularly, can you work around this?
Yes! As the meal plan is 100% customised we can do it so that you are only eating when you have a break.

How do you know what’s best for me?

When you sign up, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to fill out. I will also ask for further information if needed to ensure that you will see results and enjoy the process.

How long until I see results?

Every one is different, however almost all clients see some change within the first week.

I like to be social, will this work for me?

Yes, not only do I provide dine out support and teach you how to socialise whilst still reaching your goals, there are a few different approaches we can take to ensure you are not missing out on eating out or socialising.

Can I use the recipe app for free?

Yes, but free members only get access to a limited number of recipes. To access more features, and the full library of recipes, you’ll need to sign up to a paid plan.

I’m not interested in meal plans, but I would like to save my favourite recipes, what is the best plan for me?

Our Basic plan provides access to all recipes, along with the ability to save favourites.

I want to build a meal plan of my own, what is the best plan for me?

The Core plan provides access to hundreds of recipes, and the ability to make your own meal plan. Plus you also have access to our macronutrient and calorie calculator if you wish to determine your daily intake.

Can I use the app, and still work with Georgia directly.

Yes you can. View my one on one services here to purchase directly and ad hoc.

Are my credit card details secure?

Yes, we use stripe to process or credit card payments. Stripe handles all card transactions. Not card details are stores or saved at any time by our Georgia.

I can see each of the plans are either 3 months or 1 year. What happens after that time?

All plans are subscription based, and therefore auto-renew. If you would like to discontinue you plan, you will need to 'downgrade', or move to another plan before the expiration of your plan. You can do this by navigating to the upgrade page here.

How do I downgrade my membership to free, or another plan?

Go to the upgrade page here, and select another membership. You will be charged the price of the new plan as soon as you choose to upgrade or downgrade. If you downgrade to 'Free', the access to the Core or Basic plan will be cancelled.

How do I cancel my membership?

Navigate to the upgrade page here while logged in, and click “Downgrade” on the Free plan. This moves you to a free plan immediately.
