Acai bowls are a favourite, however many bought ones contain 500-800 calories and almost no protein. This is a healthier version to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet frozen acai (try to find a no added sugar one)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • dash almond milk. Add more, blend, and repeat until the right consistency.
  • To top: 2 tbsp. muesli + 1/2 banana

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except toppings) until you get a thick and smooth consistency.
