Ingredients

  • 500g prawn meat**
  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1 capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 20g kecap manis
  • 20ml soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or non stick frypan over a high heat. Add in the vegetables and stir fry the vegetables until slightly softened.
  2. Add in the prawns. After 1-2 minutes, add in the rice and allow it to reheat, stirring continuously. Stir in the sauces.
  3. Remove from the heat and serve.

Notes

**You can use any form of protein for this.

To work out the raw weight of the basmati rice, divide the cooked weight by 3 to get the raw weight.
