Cut slits into your potatoes from end to end, being careful not to slice all the way through. Spray with olive oil and place in the air fryer or on an oven tray. Sprinkle with a decent amount of salt and the rosemary.
Oven method:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. Roast in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until crispy.
Air fryer method:
Heat air fryer to 200 degrees. Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes. If you have a maximum crisp setting, turn it to that and cook for a further 3-5 minutes.
