Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup baby peas
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • handful fresh basil leaves
  • 45g light cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp. parmesan cheese
  • 375g vetta protein pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet.
  2. In a non stick frypan, heat to medium heat.
  3. Saute' the garlic and chicken until the chicken has browned. Add in the peas, cream cheese, salt and pepper and the spinach. Turn down to low heat and stir until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Toss through the basil leaves, parmesan and pasta.
  5. Stir to coat. Serve.
